DIPLOMA FOR BEAUTY SPECIALISTS

This Diploma can be taken in its entirety i.e. five units leading to an ITEC Diploma for Beauty Specialists. Alternatively each unit can be taken separately and certified separately.

The Diploma For Beauty Specialists Course Covers The Following

DIPLOMA FOR BEAUTY SPECIALISTS1. Skincare and Eye Treatments

Includes: Skin types and skin analysis, structure and functions of the skin, anatomy and physiology of the face and neck, facial massage, deep cleansing, masks, eyebrow shaping, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, selection of correct products.

2. Make Up

Includes: application of make up for day, evening and special occasions, choosing suitable products, choosing appropriate corrective techniques, cosmetic science.

3. Manicure and Pedicure

Includes: nail diseases and disorders, full manicure and pedicure treatments using a range of enamels, hand and foot massage, French manicure.

4. Waxing

Includes: understanding hair growth, health, safety & hygiene procedures to follow, functions and ingredients of products used in waxing treatments, waxing treatments of all areas of the body.

5. Professional Conduct and Business Awareness
