About Irish Beauty Therapy Colleges
Welcome to the Beauty Therapy Colleges Ireland website. We have been delivering beauty therapy training since 1994 with seven colleges strategically located around Ireland and we are registered with ITEC (The International Therapy Examination Council) since our foundation.
Our Colleges are all managed by Joe O’Neill Management Consultants Ltd - a company that has been providing quality training since the early 1980’s. Joe O’Neill Management Consultants has achieved and maintained an excellent track record in terms of both certification and placement from the programmes they run. Our philosophy and method of operation is based on a simple principle - excellent tutors, excellent facilities giving excellent results.
All our tutors have a tutoring qualification in addition to the required technical qualifications and are held in such high esteem that three of them have been appointed examiners by ITEC. The examination results achieved in our colleges reflect our high standards and would compare favourably with ITEC College anywhere in the world. Since 1994 we have trained over one hundred students per year and these are now working in a range of jobs in Ireland and all over the world. Many have done exceptionally well in carving out excellent careers for themselves in the beauty therapy sector. Quite a number have also started their own business and many of them now employ some of our most recent graduates.
Our seven Colleges are located at Tuam, Athlone, Dundalk, Shannon, Tullamore, Donegal Town and Falcarragh. We are now offering a range of courses privately at our Tuam College for the coming autumn to give people who are not in a position to avail of the state funded programmes an opportunity to train with us. If you wish to train with us at other locations you can contact us and we will endeavour to provide any courses that are in demand.
Our private courses will be delivered part time and the same procedures will be followed as for our full time programmes. All candidates will be interviewed and we will only accept candidates whom we feel are suited to the programme and will benefit from the training.
